A good number of people we know in the past, maybe now are very much into Direct Selling Business popularly known as Networking Marketing or Direct Sales or MLM (Multi Level Marketing)

You must be very, very passionate about your company's product(s), whatever product you're marketing, your progress & success will be very slow if your only motivation is the money and you might quit, that’s losing your business

So going for your company events and training is very important to your success when it comes to Network marketing, it will help boost your believe system, events gives you all the knowledge you need to succeed in your business. Norwegian universities and state university colleges as a rule do not charge tuition fees for international students. However, students will need to pay a semester fee of NOK 300-600 ($50-100) each semester.

What is the Major difference between this Examination Bodies (SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, GMAT)

You may be familiar with these abbreviations; if you are also like me I was trying to find the link and balance between this examination bodies and here is what I want to share with you

SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, GMAT are internationally recognized and used by universities to accept students for various courses: both Bachelor’s and Master’s Programs. They require knowledge of English. 

SAT
SAT means Scholastic Aptitude Tests and Scholastic Assessment Tests.
It is pronounced as S-A-T. It is used by the US colleges and universities for students, who graduated from the school and who intend to continue their education at a higher education institution to pursue their Bachelor (undergraduate degree).
SAT is of two types: SAT Reasoning Test and SAT Subject Tests.
The Reasoning Test: measures critical reading, math, and writing, whereas the Subject Test measures knowledge and skills of specific subjects, while SAT Subject Tests is required just for specific programs and courses. 
It is just like JAMB in Nigeria which means Joint Admissions & Matriculation Board

TOEFL 
TOEFL means Test of English as a Foreign Language.
It is the most taken and recognized test for nonnative speakers of English.
It is required by most US institutions; it measures the student's ability to write; read; and communicate in English Language in college and university settings. It is also used by colleges, universities and scholarship agencies to access students for accepting to a university. 

There used to be several types of TOEFL: Paper Based, Computer Based and Internet Based. Currently Paper Based and Internet Based (iBT) options are available. If you are taking TOEFL in Armenia, only iBT will be available. It costs US$150.

GRE 
GRE means General Records Examinations. It is used to assess students before accepting to various Master programs (graduate degree) worldwide. 
There are two types of the test: General Test and Subject Tests.
General Test measures verbal reasoning; quantitative reasoning; and critical thinking and analytical writing skills.
While Subject Tests measure students' knowledge & skills on eight specific subjects.

IELTS 
IELTS means International English Language Testing Service.
The major difference between TOEFL and IELTS is that TOEFL is American and IELTS is British. However, both of them are designed for nonnative speakers. IELTS is required by higher education institutions and various programs in UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. IELTS measures ability to communicate in English across all four language skills - listening, reading, writing and speaking - for people who intend to study or work where English is the language of communication. 

Usually International students can take either TOEFL or IELTS, but some institutions can have strict rules. For example, you cannot be granted a student visa in Australia without an IELTS score, TOEFL is not accepted.

GMAT 
GMAT means Graduate Management Admission Test. It is used to assess student’s knowledge and skills applying for advanced study in business and management.

ASUU MOVES TO END STRIKE WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO AT THE MOST

An end appears to be in sight to the nationwide strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities as partiesinvolved in the dispute are said to have reached understanding.
A source in the Ministry of Educationtold our correspondent in Abuja on Wednesday that the Federal Government was putting finishing touches to meeting some of the “reasonable” demands of ASUU.
The source, who craved anonymity because he was not authorised to speak to the media on the issue, noted that government was determined to end the deadlock within a “week or two.”


He explained that most of the issueswould have been resolved before now but for the nationwide strike embarked by Labour and civil society groups over the removal of fuel subsidy.
He said “On our part, we have been working round the clock to end the strike, which we are hopeful will end within a week or two at the most.
“I can confirm to you that government has already agreed to meet some of the reasonable demands of ASUU like the reconstitution of boards and councils and the issue of the legal framework regarding the retirement age of Professors and the like. We are making reasonable progress.”
National President of ASUU, Prof. Ukachukwu Awuzie, in a separate telephone interview with our correspondent in Abuja, confirmed that progress was being made.
He explained that discussions started before the nationwide strike began.
According to him, the leadership of ASUU has met with government at the ministerial level as well as at the level of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
He said, “Some understanding has been reached. Every party is interested in ending the dispute andwe are working towards achieving this.
